Infinix is unveiling a new Note 12 smartphone which has got VIP at the end. The Chinese company is working on its new handset, which will be a budget-friendly phone. The newcomer will be a Note-series device and will be named Infinix Note 12 VIP.

Infinix Note 12 VIP: Performance
This smartphone is powered by one of the latest chipsets available for smartphones in the market which is called MediaTek MT6781 Helio G96. The new Infinix Note 12 VIP has a 2.05 Octa-core processor under the hood of this handset. This device comes with Android 12 and XOS 10.6. The RAM on this device can be extended to 13GB.
This is more than adequate for smooth operations. Opening and switching between apps on the phone is a smooth experience. We have seen this ROM+RAM configuration in action before in TECNO Camon 18 Premier, and it works like a charm with scores of apps installed and heavy usage. This device has three camera setup on its back. The main camera of the Infinix 12 VIP will be 108 megapixels wide with a 1/1.67 inch sensor. This sensor is a bit smaller compared to the 108 MP camera with a 1/1.52 inch sensor of Infinix Zero X Pro. The ultrawide camera of the phone will be 13 megapixels along with the 2 megapixels depth sensor. The selfie shooter in this phone will be 16 megapixels to make taking selfies easier and more attractive. The selfie camera is better than the Infinix Note 12 G96 but lacks 4K video recording as available in the Infinix Zero X Pro.
Infinix Note 12 VIP Design:
The back of Infinix Note 12 VIP is a mix of frosty and matte glass. Which is a good thing because it makes it less slippery in the hand. It is reassuring to not have to worry about the phone slipping out of hand at the slightest opportunity. The good part is that it also feels solid and very well built in the hand. The Note 13 VIP has dual speakers setup. Music playback is Quite loud, but not the best audio quality we have heard in the mid-range where it plays.
The device has got a side-mounted fingerprint reader instead of an under-display fingerprint reader. It is a bit disappointing tho, as this device has an AMOLED panel, whereas an under-display fingerprint sensor was expected. The upper side has a noise-cancellation mic and a speaker grill. The left side has a sim tray. The right side has a power button, and on and off keys. The bottom side consists of a speaker grill, a 3.5mm jack, a Type-C port, and a mic.
Display:
This new smartphone has a 6.7 inches screen size which is a big-screen display. The new Infinix Note 12 VIP has a Capacitive AMOLED Capacitive Touchscreen. What’s more, this device has got a full-HD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 Pixels. Note 12 not only comes with an AMOLED panel but also has a 120Hz refresh rate. Another key point is that the phone has a 360Hz touch sampling rate as well. It means both the quality and speed of its display are impressive.
